All Just Visage orders ship from Toronto, Ontario, allowing us to deliver quickly and reliably across Canada.

How we ship

Local Toronto & GTA: Orders are delivered via Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS, depending on speed, destination, and package size.

Ontario & Canada-wide: Shipped using tracked parcel services with Canada Post or national couriers to ensure consistent delivery, even to rural and remote areas.

Apartments & Condos: Fully supported. Packages are delivered to concierge, parcel lockers, or mailrooms where applicable.

PO Boxes & Remote Locations: Supported through Canada Post, ensuring coverage with no regional limitations within Canada.

Processing & Tracking

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships.

We actively monitor deliveries and step in immediately if a shipment is delayed or misplaced.

📍 Shipping is currently available across Canada. If you’re located outside Canada and interested in ordering, please contact us directly.

Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are accepted for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.

Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

How it works

Once received and inspected, we will:

Arrange a replacement or exchange, depending on your preference.

Important Notes

Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless there is a defect or shipping damage.
